The Alpha Theta chapter (#32) at Colorado State College was re-installed February 4, 1940 with the Alpha Iota chapter performing the ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Alpha Theta chapter include: Vernon Frame, Alex Hamilton, Charles Kern, Eugene Long, William Lundy, Jack Painter, Woodrow Price, Clarence Stout, Earl Faulkner, Howard Griest, Dewey Tapp, Richard Bron, Franklin Fericks, Rex Ilgengritz, Russell Sicklebower, Ted Ayers, William Persons, and R. Murray Thomas.
