The Alpha Rho chapter (#41) was re-installed at Northeastern State College on May 4, 1949 after having been granted a Furlough during World War II. Max Mitchell served as the installing officer, while the Ritual and installation ceremony were performed by members of the Alpha, Lambda, and Alpha Pi chapters. Charter members include: Robert Bennett, Thomas Box, La Dyer, William Eubank, Guy Friend, Lloyd Holeman, Robert Maddux, Roger Morris, William Smallwood, Jack Timmons, Walter Tompkins, Jr., John Wilkerson, Jr., Norman White, John Jones, James Conrad, Michael Holland, Johnnie Mow, and Jack Romine.
