The Epsilon Theta chapter (#128) at Northeast Louisiana State College was installed April 20, 1968 with Dr. Clifton V. Cowles serving as the installing officer. The Delta Rho chapter performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Epsilon Theta chapter include: A.C.
