The Iota Delta chapter (#220) at Towson State University was installed April 8, 1989 with NED Governor Melvin Miles serving as the installing officer. The Eta Gamma chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Iota Delta chapter include: Christopher Brunner; Gilbert Roberts, Jr.; Daniel Magruder; Leonard Morse; Richard Stewart; Charles White, Jr.; Barry McGinnis; and Darryl Elliott.

The Zeta Zeta chapter (#150) at the University of Arkansas at Monticello was re-installed April 3, 1989 with National Executive Director David Solomon serving as the installing officer. The Epsilon Beta chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Zeta Zeta chapter include: Randy Edwards, Robert Fellows, Mary Maloney, Patrick Matarazzo, Misty McGriff, Karen Saffold, and Kirk Weller.

The Iota Gamma chapter (#219) at Washington State University was installed April 1, 1989 with TBS Past National President & TBS Board of Trustees Member Julie Kuhns serving as the installing officer. The Psi chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Iota Gamma chapter include: Dan Carlisle, Dave Sokoloski, John Watson, and Kui Choy.

The Iota Beta chapter (#218) at Alcorn State University was installed February 4, 1989. The Gamma Chi chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. The Iota Alpha chapter (#217) at California State University, Fresno was installed April 30, 1988 with National Executive Director David Solomon serving as the installing officer. The Eta Mu chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Iota Alpha chapter include: Daniel Gruber, Gary Gerloff, Bradford Riley, Tony Luna, Mark Antranikian, James Sobolik, George Mukai, David Vargas, Christopher Cox, John Frantz, and Robert Bentley.

The Theta Omega chapter (#216) at the University of North Alabama was installed April 29, 1988 with National Member-at-Large Steve Nelson serving as the installing officer. The Theta Theta chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Theta Omega chapter include: Ricky Burks; Timothy Driskell; Doug Farris; Neil Gray, IV; William Harper; Lloyd Jones; Terry Ownby; Thomas Shanks, Jr.; Tony Taylor; Dr. Lloyd Jones; and Dr. James Simpson.

The Theta Psi chapter (#215) at Virginia Union University was installed April 25, 1988 with NED Governor Melvin Miles serving as the installing officer. The Eta Omicron chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Theta Chi chapter include: Bishop Carter, Darryl Coker, Eric Hearn, Gilbert Robinson, Ollie Wells, Alexis Wilson, and Gregory McCallum.

The Theta Chi chapter (#214) at Livingstone College was installed April 22, 1988 with SED Governor John West serving as the installing officer. The Theta Mu chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Theta Chi chapter include: Tommy Adams, Robert Coleman, Keith Green, Gregg Miller, Robert Luncford, and David Wiliams.

The Theta Phi chapter (#213) at Henderson State University was installed March 8, 1988 with National Member-at-Large Steve Nelson serving as the installing officer. The Delta Delta chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Theta Phi chapter include: Jackie Digby, William Teague, Kenneth Thomas, David Inman, Wayne Root, Mark Pounds, Bob Kellam, James Pate, and Dr. Wesley Branstine.

The Zeta Theta chapter (#152) at West Virginia University Institute of Technology was re-installed February 26, 1988 with the Eta Beta chapter performing the Ritual and installation ceremony. The Omicron chapter and the Eta Beta chapters served as advising chapters during the colony process. Charter members of the Zeta Theta chapter include: Brent Nicholas, Alan Dyer, Eric Warner, and Tonya Edens.
