The Delta Lambda chapter (#107) at Eastern Washington State College was installed August 25, 1961 at the 21st Biennial Convention with Grand President Manley Whitcomb serving as the installing officer. The Omega chapter performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Delta Lambda chapter include: Jerry Burroughs, Melvin Hotchkiss, Charles LaBounty, Edward Barnhart, Richard Boberg, Davie Burger, Gerald Goodman, Kent Green, Gary Johnson, Roderick Moore, Alan Powell, Carty Strait, Gary Thomas, Michael Warner, and William Maxson.
