The Epsilon Sigma chapter (#138) at Sacramento State College was installed April 11, 1970 with the Beta Omicron chapter performing the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Epsilon Sigma chapter include: John Clevenger, Gordon Heldebrandt, Richard Hofer, Billy Jacobs, John Kolb, Charles McAlexander, Thomas Morgan, Robert Turner, and Lenny Walker.
