The Eta Kappa chapter (#178) at Albany State College was installed May 20, 1978 with National 1st Vice President Richard Rodean serving as the installing officer. Charter members of the Eta Kappa chapter include: Leonard Lawrence, Jr.; Melvin Mobley, III; Melvin Rambeau; Carlton Robinson; Clinton Shaw; William Taylor; Greg Toson; Steven Ward; Dettrick Whitlock; Samuel Wicks; Wiley Graydon, III; and Willie Jackson.
