The Omicron chapter (#15) at West Virginia University was re-installed December 13, 1964 with Budd Udell serving as the installing officer. The Alpha Omega chapter conducted the ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Omicron chapter include: James Bennett; Charles Berardi; John Galllice, Jr.; Marion Gillespie; Kenneth Godwin, Jr.; Thomas Mason; Phiilip Morgan; David Palmer; Gilbert Rockwell; Leland Rose; Harry Strawser, Jr.; Donald Sweeney; David Walker; and Budd Udell.
