The Phi chapter (#21) at Stanford University was re-installed April 10, 1954 with Past Grand President F. Lee Bowling serving as the installing officer. Charter members of the Phi chapter include: James Anderson; Boyd Burkhardt; Michael Connell; William Eschenbruecher, Jr.; William Hudson; Lawrence Kelley; Robin Nichols; Roland Puccinelli; Robert Shearer; Donald Wells; Charles Fisher; George Sheldon; Julius Shuchat; and Ernest Landers.
