The Theta chapter (#8) at Oregon Agricultural College was installed by the Gamma chapter from the University of Washington. Charter members of the Theta chapter include: Capt. Harry Beard, Floyd Willert, William Hicking, John Garman, Harry Dobbs, Donald Bogie, Raymond Hixon, Roy Patrick, Elmer Johnson, Raymon Kettner, Riley Ewina, and Delmer De Sart.
