The Zeta Epsilon chapter (#149) at Michigan State University was installed June 6, 1971 with Grand 2nd Vice President Thomas Tyra serving as the installing officer. The Delta Upsilon chapter performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Zeta Epsilon chapter include: Richard Barrett, Richard Bergren, William Berz, DeWain Gardner, Andrew Knight, Thomas Maksimchuk, Raymond Petersen, Peter Porciello, Pat Velderman, Roger Weyersberg, David Catron, and Kenneth Bloomquist.
