The Zeta Phi chapter (#165) at Tuskegee Institute was installed November 2, 1974 with Grand Secretary/ Treasurer Richard Rodean serving as the installing officer. The Delta Iota chapter from Florida A&M University served as the colony’s advising chapter. Charter members of the Zeta Phi chapter include: Alvin Boyd; Quinton Brooks; Charles Daniels; George Hicks; Larry Hicks; Freddie Holyfield; Aaron Latham; Earl Marshall, Jr.; Robert Massey; Quentin Meadows; Benny Seawright; Michael Stevens; Eddie Todd, Jr.; Michael Waters; Lawrence Whittaker, III; and Howard Carter.
