Beta Epsilon chapter installed at the University of South Dakota

The Beta Epsilon chapter (#53) at the University of South Dakota was installed November 7, 1948 with District IV Counselor (Governor) John E. Howard serving as the installing officer. Charter members of the Beta Epsilon chapter include: Donald Heidepriem, Dale Nelson, Lindsey Waldorf, Veryl Johnson, Robert Eberle, Vernon Garry, Robert Haynes, Delbert Bickel, Alan Durick, Charles Rathbun, Dale Allen, Dean Uvven, Cecil Harrington, Keith Eide, Howard Holst, Marshall Miller, Reid Griffith, Donald Fejfar, John Barton, Donald Schneckloth, and Ralph Fulghum.
