The Alpha Phi chapter (#45) at Rutgers University was installed April 16, 1942 with Charter Member of the Fraternity Raymond Shannon serving as the installing officer. Paul Kays, George Keller, Charles Krauss, Gerald Liebaskind, George Mills, Robert Sabin, John Schenone, Natham Shoehallir, Robert Taft, Wilbert Hitchner, Howard McKinney, and William Rapp.
